We have a program manager assigned to each program we offer. These program managers act as a liaison to the customer, and promise timely responses from our company. They also ensure internal team responsibilities such as handling quotes, working with orders, ordering materials and conducting tryouts.
We have successful APQP and PPAP programs and processes in place. Our APQP program includes process flow diagrams, PFMEA, control and timing plans, and working with open issues to make sure our company delivers complete customer satisfaction.
